i)  The membership of the Association shall be open to all the old students who have been on the rolls of Government Mohindra College, Patiala as regular students of the College.
ii) The Association shall consist of:

1. Life Patrons
2. Life Members
3. Associate Members

iii)  Old students of 25 years of age or above at the time of enrolment can become life Patrons, Life Members of the Association.
Iv) However, an old student of 21 years of age but below 25 years at the time of enrolment can become only an Associate Member of the Association without having the right to vote and contest election for the Office Bearers and members of the Executive of the Association.
v) Every member shall:
a) Subscribe to the aims and objects of the Association
b) Pledge to abide by the Constitution, discipline and decisions of the Association
